Healthy Spine Tips

 

  1. Practice good posture
  2. Exercise regularly
  3. Follow a healthy diet
  4. Stretch your spine before and after physical activity
  5. Favour a backpack rather than a shoulder bag and don't overload it
  6. Stretch your legs, neck, shoulders and back hourly when sitting
  7. Never cradle the phone between your neck and your shoulder
  8. Sleep on your side or your back and not on your stomach
  9. Invest in a good chair, pillow and mattress, it's worth it
  10. Have regular chiropractic spinal check ups
