Complaints against CAAQ Members
Any member of the public, or for that matter, another health practitioner, may make a complaint against a CAAQ member. For a complaint to be considered it must be received in the office in writing - either by mail, fax or email.
Any CAAQ member acting in a manner contrary to the Policies of the Association, or committing a breach of the Code of Professional Conduct and Practice, is subject to a complaint. This can be a complaint, criticism or report of unethical behaviour.
To make a complaint against a CAAQ member please use one of the written contact methods contained on our Contact Us page.
