Board of Directors

The CAAQLD has a Board of Directors which is responsible for the control, management and direction of the affairs of the CAAQLD in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001.

At each year’s Annual General Meeting, the membership elects the following positions, all of which shall be Directors of the Association:

• President;
• Vice-President;
• Treasurer;
• Secretary; and
• such other members as determined by the CAAQLD.

Board members may stand for re-election at the end of their one year Term of Office.

The 2011 – 2012 Board of Directors, as elected at the 2011 Annual General Meeting, consisted of the following members:

• Dr Tracy Kennedy-Shanks – President;
• Dr Sandy Clark – Vice President;
• Dr Craig Matthews – Treasurer;
• Dr Samantha Culley – Secretary;
  
• Dr Susan Steinhardt;
• Dr Alistair Lavery;
• Dr January Mierzejewski;
  
• Dr Firas Hasan; and
• Dr Aaran Tselepy.
